Chaste Property Management was established in 2008 and specialises in Residential Property Management. Sarah Owens is the Managing Director of the company and has many years experience in this industry.
The company was established based on an identified niche in the Residential Property Management Sector for excellent, honest and trustworthy service and value for money.
The efficient management of a residential complex requires constant vigilance to ensure excellent service. Supervision of contractors working on the development is also extremely important, as well as regular up to date communication, both with the Directors of the Management Company and the residents and owners. Strict adherence to all matters of finance and accounting is a cornerstone of excellent property management.
To achieve this, we demand quality workmanship, efficiency and initiative from all contractors on Developments under its management.
The computer system used by Chaste Property Management is specifically designed for residential property management; it ensures accurate recording of all receipts and outgoings by the Management Company as well as providing all relevant information on owners within a development and any incidents that occur.
All Management Companies have their own bank accounts; payment of service charges can be by cheque, bank draft, or standing order or if preferred by calling into our office in 2nd Floor, Raheny Shopping Centre, Raheny, Dublin 5.
At Chaste Property Management we believe our role is to assist the Board of Directors in maintaining and improving their development to the highest standard. We offer advice, technical support and assistance to the Board.
